Books by Bonnie LLC now offering bookkeeping services to the Austin metro area

Owner Bonnie Huggins recently opened Books by Bonnie LLC in Georgetown. The remote business offers full-service bookkeeping, maintenance of bank feeds, categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, receipt/invoice collection and storage, payroll oversight, 1099 filings and more to residents in Williamson and Travis counties.

Additional services include job costing, payroll oversight and using payroll software. All prospective clients are also offered a free consultation.

Each month, clients will receive a profit and loss statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows. Clients will also meet quarterly with Huggins to discuss trends and analyze the numbers against their business goals, she said.

Huggins said she started the company after serving in the U.S. Army as an attorney for 12 years. She has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Juris Doctor graduate degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she graduated first in her class.

According to Huggins, she also has an active law license in both Georgia and Texas.

After completing her service, Huggins said she combined her love of numbers and her passion for helping entrepreneurs understand their finances and decided to start her bookkeeping business.
