Public pools opened for the summer season in College Station on May 23 and in Bryan on May 25.

Adamson Lagoon and the Cindy Hallaran Pool in College Station opened for the summer for both residents and nonresidents to enjoy.
- The Adamson Lagoon, located at 1900 Anderson St., College Station, includes an Olympic-sized pool, two water slides, a baby pool and a bathhouse.
- The Cindy Hallaran Pool, located at 1600 Rock Prairie Road, College Station, is a zero-depth entry pool with a gradual slope to a maximum depth of 4 feet.
The city of Bryan kicked off its summer swim season with a Slide into Summer event at the Bryan Aquatic Center from 1-7 p.m. May 25.
- The Bryan Aquatic Center, located at 3100 Oak Ridge Drive, Bryan, features an Olympic-sized heated pool with a waterslide, a public diving board and a zero-depth beach entry.
- Sadie Thomas Pool, located at 129 Moss St., Bryan, includes a zero-depth entry, splash features and a maximum depth of 5 feet. The pool environment is made sensory-friendly on Wednesdays, according to city information.
Bryan’s Henderson Harbor is closed for the summer as repairs are ongoing to underground piping and cracks in the foundation, and a replacement of the pool’s filtration system.

The Adamson Lagoon will be open:
- Monday-Friday, 1-7 p.m. (May 26-Aug. 7)
- Saturday-Sunday, noon-7 p.m. (May 23-Aug. 9 and Aug. 15-Sept. 6)
- May 25, July 4 and Sept. 7, noon-6 p.m.
The Cindy Hallaran Pool will be open:
- Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. (May 26-Aug. 7)
- Saturday-Sunday, noon-7 p.m. (May 23-Aug. 9)
- May 25 and July 4, noon-6 p.m.
In Bryan, children age 12 and younger must pass a swim test or wear an approved life jacket before participating in recreational swimming activities at Bryan’s pools, per city rules.
The Bryan Aquatic Center will be open for recreational swimming:
- Tuesday-Sunday, 1-7 p.m. (May 25-Aug. 9)
The Sadie Thomas Pool will be open an additional 25 hours per week this summer to accommodate the closure of Henderson Harbor, according to information from the city:
- Monday-Friday, noon-5 p.m. (May 25-Aug. 7)
- Saturday-Sunday, 1-7 p.m. (May 30-Aug. 9)
College Station’s pools will be closed July 30-Aug. 2, and Bryan’s pools will be closed July 29-Aug. 3 while the Games of Texas take place.

The cities of College Station and Bryan offer passes for frequent swimmers this summer as well as individual pool admission.
Admission is:
- $7 to the Adamson Lagoon (free for children age 2 and younger)
- $4 to the Cindy Hallaran Pool (free for children age 2 and younger)
- $4 (age 12 and older), $3 (ages 4-11) to the Bryan Aquatic Center
- $3 (age 12 and older), $2 (ages 4-11) to the Sadie Thomas Pool
Splash pads are also open for the season in Bryan and College Station from March 1 to Oct. 31. Splash pad admission is free and open to the public. Hours vary.
