Utility payments to BTU may be made by calling the automated voice line. Two H-E-B locations will also be open, and the drop-offs at the BTU buildings have 24-hour access.
City of College Station closures
The city of College Station website says most government offices will be closed, including:
Texas A&M University’s campus will be closed with no classes, according to its academic calendar.
Solid waste and recycling collections are operating under regular hours. Adamson Lagoon will be open from 1-6 p.m.

Most government offices and facilities will be closed, but some tourist destinations and facilities throughout Aggieland are open to the public. If residents need to make payments on certain utilities, there are options available. Emergency services will also remain fully operational in both cities.
