Bryan voters will elect a mayor and two City Council members this November.
Up for election
The candidate filing period for Bryan's Nov. 3 general election opened July 18 and ends at 5 p.m. Aug. 17.
All three positions are four-year terms, which will end November 2030. This information comes from the city of Bryan's elections webpage.

- No candidates have filed as of July 23.
- Currently held by Mayor Bobby Gutierrez, who has not filed for reelection.

Looking ahead
Candidates have until 5 p.m. Aug. 17 to file for office. Candidate packets are available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays at the City Secretary's Office at Bryan City Hall, 300 S. Texas Ave., Room 302.
To be eligible, candidates must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen and a registered voter in the city of Bryan.
