Spanish restaurant concept MAD—named for the airport code for Madrid, Spain—opened June 19 at 4444 Westheimer Road, Ste. C180, Houston. Ignacio Torras and Luis Roger, owners of BCN Taste & Tradition in Montrose are behind the new concept. The space itself features Brutalist murals, Picasso ceramics and other art.
