League City could soon approve $5 million in bonds to fund road infrastructure for the area south of the Magnolia Creek and Brittany Lakes neighborhoods.

League City City Council will consider approving the sale and issuance of a bond not to exceed $5 million or Galveston County Municipal Utility District No. 73 at its Oct. 14 meeting.
The funds will be used for road infrastructure—built by Houston-based developer Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction—in the MUD, including intersections in the Samara neighborhood and Erwin Street, according to city documents.
