Music on the Square
“Earth, Wind & Fire” tribute band “Let’s Groove Tonight” takes over the plaza at Sugar Land Town Square for an evening of iconic music. The performance includes live instrumentation and costume changes.
This campout at Brazos Bend State Park will feature events and activities like hiking, fishing and stargazing. The event is put on with the help of the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department. To reserve a campsite, those interested must pay a non refundable $30 donation. Items such as tents and food will be provided.

Cancer Kiss my Cooley 5K
Cancer Kiss my Cooley is holding a Halloween-themed 5K to help support its cause to grant wishes to children with cancer. Costumes are not required but are encouraged. The 5K registration includes a chip-timed 5K certified course, food, music and entertainment.

$35 (per person), $20 (children 12 years and under)
The small business vendor market will feature free indoor pilates, a costume contest, music, drinks and brunch. This event is family- and pet-friendly.

Lone Star College-University Park is hosting The American Association Heart Walk. The Heart Walk is designed to improve the health and quality of life for communities.

This 20-mile round trip ride will take cyclists from Hermann Park’s Bayou Parkland along Bayou Greenway trail to Mason Park, near the Port of Houston. Celebrate at the post-ride party under the Bill Coats Bridge. This event is open to riders of all skill levels and is not a race.
The Houston Museum of Natural Science welcomes goblins and ghouls to this annual Halloween party. The event features three DJs, food trucks and cocktails.
Support local shops and businesses such as And A Little Hope Boutique, The B’s Boutique and Segura Western Wear at this event. Each boutique will offer drinks and snacks while participants fill out a shop hop passport. Get it stamped at five or more stores to be entered into a raffle to win a gift card from one of the participating locations.

Friendswood Parks and Recreation Department hosts this mother and son, Halloween-themed event at the Leavesley Park Jones Hangar. It features a costume contest, pizza, snacks, games and dancing.
This annual event takes place at Clements High School and features games, crafts and activities for children with disabilities between ages 5-13. While kids play, parents may visit the resource fair to learn about disability-related services and programs in the area.
The Tomball Museum Center is holding a community Halloween night with trick-or-treat stations, a scavenger hunts, family activities and costumes encouraged.
The Happy Haunts Spooktacular will feature a DJ with spooky hits, inflatables, a pumpkin carving contest, a scavenger hunt, a balloon artist, a face painter, crafts and games. In addition, costumed kids can traverse a trail of treats free of gluten, nut, soy, dairy and artificial dye/flavors.
