Job seekers in Bastrop and surrounding areas will have the chance to connect with hiring employers and gain career guidance at a regional job fair April 30 at the Bastrop Convention & Exhibit Center.
What to expect
The event, co-hosted by the city of Bastrop, the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce, the Bridging Bastrop Board and the Chamber Foundation of Bastrop County, will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and feature a range of employers ready to hire for various positions.
A preparation workshop will begin before the fair at 9 a.m., providing attendees tips on resume writing, interviewing and job search strategies.
