More than 300 Corvette owners are expected to converge at Bastrop's 11th annual Corvette Invasion.
Event organizer Shawn Jones of SRE Promotions said he has plenty of family-friendly activities planned, including guest speaker Doug Fehan—a former Corvette racer.
"We'll have Corvettes from all generations," Jones said. "Some from the early '50s, all the way up to modern ones."
During the event, attendees can explore the Corvettes, the Oscar Meyer Weinermobile and vendors while listening to live music.
