Yoli’s Tacos y Mas is serving Tex-Mex dishes in Bastrop with a mission rooted in family legacy: carrying on Yolanda “Yoli” DeLeon’s love for food, family and community, “just like she would’ve wanted.”
Behind the name
The brick-and-mortar eatery is named in honor of DeLeon, who opened her Tex-Mex food truck on Chestnut Street in June 2014, per the restaurant's website.
Following complications related to COVID-19, she died July 20, 2021, at age 55.
