Scope of work: Expansion of existing office, installation of a lab and new kitchen for employees.

Type of work: Renovation
Scope of work: New interior finish-out of existing shell metal buildings.
Timeline: June 1-Dec. 15

Bastrop Intermediate School: 509 Old Austin Hwy., Bastrop
Type of work: Additions to an existing building
Scope of work: Add program spaces to convert the intermediate school into a middle school to accommodate 6-8th grades, alongside renovating some areas of the existing campus.
