Frontier Bank will fill the former Austin Institute of Austin building downtown. The AIA closed all of its locations in the fall of 2023.
What to expect
The two-story, 9,000-square-foot space will offer loan and deposit services for customers, and serve as a board room, training facility and flexible office space for employees, according to a news release.
“This expansion brings added convenience to new and existing customers while addressing growth needs now and in the years ahead,” COO Evelyn Franco said in the release.
