Hunington Properties will build two retail building shells totaling 20,059 square feet.
Austin-based Star Mart will build a 5,800-square-foot gas station in Leander.

A 10,250-square-foot retail project is planned along the ever-growing Hero Way corridor.
Willows at Leander will add a 16-bed memory care building totaling approximately 10,000 square feet.
