The Bastrop Opera House team will premiere “Puffs—or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic” on May 22, bringing a “Harry Potter”-inspired parody to downtown Bastrop.

Directed by Kelsey Layton, officials described it as a "fast-paced, clever and heartfelt parody for anyone who ever felt like the sidekick."
The adults-only show runs Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2:30 p.m.
