Kaitlin came to Community Impact in 2018 after stints as Features Editor and graphic designer at The Galveston County Daily News and The San Marcos Daily Record and earning a journalism degree at Texas State University. She worked as a graphic designer for the Conroe - Montgomery and Cy-Fair editions for nearly 3 years. She was promoted to Houston Product Manager in 2020, serving as a design manager and working on major departmental and company initiatives, like the Ci Simple Redesign in 2023. Today, Kaitlin serves as the Vice President of News & Design for Community Impact, overseeing the company's editorial and design departments.
