Only three of the market's eight ZIP codes saw declines in the number of homes sold in June 2025 compared to June 2024. The 78735 ZIP code saw the greatest increase in homes sold at 66.7%. This is different than last month, in which overall, fewer homes sold in May 2025 compared to May 2024.
The number of days homes spent on the market increased by 17%. The 78735 and 78737 ZIP codes saw a decline, while the 78739 ZIP code saw no change year-over-year. Homes in the 78745 ZIP code saw a 103% increase in time spent on the market.
The median home price for the market was $620,000, a 5% increase from last June.
In June 2025, a plurality of homes sold in Southwest Austin and Dripping Springs were in the $300,000 to $499,999 price range. This is similar to May 2025.
