Austin Board of Realtors.

The detailsOnly three of the eight ZIP codes in the Southwest Austin and Dripping Springs area saw a decrease in the time homes spent on the market, with 78749 seeing a 37% decrease. The 78735 ZIP code saw a 66% increase in number of days homes spent on the market year over year.
The number of homes sold in December 2024 compared to December 2023 increased in five of the market’s ZIP codes. December 2024 saw 189 closed sales in the market, a 2.58% decrease year over year.
