This beachy bar is the brainchild of David Pearce and Ryan Thomas, who opened South Austin Beer Garden down the street at 10700 Menchaca Road, Austin, in 2019. In addition to beach-themed cocktails, the new spot offers frozen drinks, draft beers and liquor.
Similar to SABG, Bodhi's offers an indoor space as well as a large covered deck area with televisions and games, in addition to areas ideal for group photos.
Pearce said future plans include adding a food truck on-site to complement the beach-themed vibes, as well as plenty of free events.
