Houston-based homebuilder David Weekley Homes will soon begin construction of new homesites in Dripping Springs, a news release states.

The details

The single-family homes will be coming to The Ranch at Caliterra, the second phase of the master-planned community. Buyers can select from 14 floor plans, ranging in size up from 3,400 to 5,350 square feet on 80-to-100-foot lots. The homes are currently priced from $700,000s. Representatives from David Weekley Homes said lots are currently scheduled for delivery in spring 2026.

The Caliterra neighborhood includes an event space, 250 acres of preserved green space, hike and bike trails, access to Onion Creek, and a private fishing dock, according to a news release.

Drees Homes and Scott Felder Homes will also be working on home builds. The new development will have 232 homesites including a portion of custom-built homes.
