Little Ford will include 22 condo units for sale. Units will range from 868-1,437 square feet. The project will include a community backyard with a grill, fire pit, dog park and walking trail as well as outdoor decks and community gardens.
The project is scheduled to open by summer 2021, according to Brandon Miller Group, which is handling marketing and sales for the development.
