Cabo Bob’s, the Austin-based Baja California-inspired restaurant, opened its Sunset Valley location on Oct. 14.

This is the chain’s third location in South Austin and the second to open this year. The company's owners opened a location in the Shops at Onion Creek over the summer.

The newest Cabo Bob's is located at the site of the former Taco Ranch, which closed last year. The restaurant offers dine-in, carry-out, delivery and online order pickup options.
