Effie Vintage’s last day selling curated vintage goods in a blue ‘60’s-era home off South Congress will be Dec. 22.

Since December 2021, South Austin resident of 20 years Kristen Garcia has sold unique vintage goods from furniture to clothing alongside three different sellers, including Very Cherry Vintage by Ashley Martin, Vida de Vintage by Janie Muñoz and Eisley Co by Christina Pearson.

Effie Vintage is leaving its current location due to development in the area, which Garcia said she has known would cause her to leave the location one day.

Effie Vintage hosted its last pop-up market at the location on Dec. 16. Customers can still find Garcia’s store out of the Austin Antique Mall and through her Instagram, @EffieVintageATX.
