The nostalgic order-at-the-window Bird Bird Biscuit will be bringing its southern charm and breezy outdoor setting south of the river, announcing the opening of the concept's third location in Austin.

In a nutshell

Opened in June 2018, Bird Bird Biscuit is a neighborhood eatery serving house-made buttermilk biscuits and biscuit sandwiches for breakfast and lunch.

“We strive to live by one of my favorite quotes. Ram Dass says, ‘We’re all just walking each other home’,” co-founder Brian Batch said in a statement. “We’re excited to bring that energy south.”
