Project: Road construction will widen the existing two-lane road to a four-lane divided roadway with a center turn lane and shoulders on both sides of the road. The project includes the design, utility coordination, and right-of-way acquisition, or ROWs. Construction is not currently funded.
Update: On April 28, Hays County commissioners approved the selection of Lockwood, Andrews, and Newnam Inc. to provide right-of-way acquisition for the High Road project in Precinct 1.

William Pettus ExtensionProject:
William Pettus Road will be extended from FM 110 to SH 21, with coordination from Caldwell County. The project will include the design, right-of-way acquisition and utility coordination, but does not fund construction.
Update: Hays County commissioners on April 28 voted to approve Spitzer and Associates Inc. to provide right-of-way services for the William Pettus project in Precinct 1.
