Kyle residents Megan and Ron Watkins opened Embrace The Grind espresso truck Oct. 29 at 824 Main St., Buda, in the same lot as Willie's Joint.
The couple serves nitro cold brew on tap and coffee shop classics such as lattes, mochas, Americanos and more. The truck also serves a variety of syrups and sauces such as salted caramel, Irish cream, pumpkin, peppermint and more.
Along with coffee, it also serves Italian soda, lemonade, smoothies and energy drinks.
