J&R Gymnastics closed its gym at 211 S. Stagecoach Trail, San Marcos, in early February but still operates locations in New Braunfels and Seguin. The company opened its first location in 1990 and offers recreational classes, preschool play, tumbling and dance. The gyms also have competitive and all-star cheerleading in addition to a competitive gymnastics team. 830-606-0375. www.jandrgymnastics.com
