El Jefe opens first restaurant in San Marcos

El Jefe Mexican Restaurant, located at 2550 Hunter Road, Ste. 1106, San Marcos, opened for business Nov. 23. The restaurant has an extensive menu that includes nachos, burgers, salads, empanadas, tacos, flautas, enchiladas and more. El Jefe is open Mon.-Thu. 11 a.m.-9 p.m., Fri.-Sat. 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Sun. 11 a.m.-5 p.m. 737-213-4202. Search for "El Jefe Mexican Restaurant" on Facebook.
