River Rose Boutique closed its store at 105 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, which opened Sept. 2, 2016. It was owner Chelsea Rogers' second location. The first location was opened in New Braunfels in July 2014 and remains open for business, as does another location in Lubbock.
