The incumbents for at-large Position 1, Matt Smith, and single-member District C, Terry Cummings, are running unopposed. Smith has served on the council since 2020, while Cummings has been on the council since 2019.
Smith previously served on the Buda Parks & Recreation Board, and Cummings served on the Buda Historic Preservation Commission.
The last day to register to vote is Oct. 11. Early voting will run Oct. 24-Nov. 4. Election Day is Nov. 8.
