Sales are expected to begin in late summer. The community will feature 172 homesites with floor plans designed to blend modern style and functional living, according to the release.
Homes will offer three to five bedrooms and range from 1,637 to 2,851 square feet, with eight different floor plans available, according to the Ashton Woods website. Among the layouts is the builder’s popular Cheyenne II model.
The Cheyenne II features large windows throughout the home and offers multiple structural customization options, including a second-floor game room, a secondary primary bath with a tub, a private study and a powder room for added convenience.
“The Cheyenne II exemplifies our commitment to thoughtful design that adapts to homeowners’ lifestyles,” said Amanda Sims, design studio manager for Ashton Woods Austin, in a news release. “The open-concept living areas create a seamless flow between the gourmet kitchen, dining and family room spaces, making it ideal for both entertaining and everyday family living.”
Digging deeper
Willow Springs residents will have access to community amenities, including a pool and playground. The release notes that the Buda location offers a balance of small-town charm with convenient access to Austin’s employment centers, entertainment and dining.
