Persimmon, a master-planned community in Buda, has officially opened sales for a selection of homes in its southeast section, as Phase 1 of the community is underway.
Developed by MileStone Community Builders, the 775-acre community will feature 2,100 newly constructed homes ranging from 1,754 to 3,552 square feet, according to the news release. Floor plans start with two-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts and extend to five-bedroom homes with 4 1/2 baths.
