Construction underway on Kyle's first Spec's

The overview

Kyle residents will soon have a new liquor store option, eliminating the need to travel to San Marcos or south Austin for the destination.

Construction on Kyle’s first Spec’s Wines, Spirits and Foods began Jan. 15 on the north side of the city.

What’s offered

Spec’s Wines, Spirits and Foods offers customers a wide variety of drinks, foods and products, including:

• Champagne
• Sake
• Spirits
• Cocktails
• Beer
• Hard Seltzers
• Ciders
• Cheeses
• Jams
• Dips
• Chips

The 12,533 square foot building will cost an estimated $2.5 million and be completed on June 30.
