Owner Patricia "Pati" Alvarado has moved the business to a food trailer at The Railhouse Bar at 107 E. Center St. from its original spot at 101 N. Burleson St., Kyle. She opened in May after two years of serving birria, a slow-cooked Mexican stew, and street tacos at local events.
