Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q owners opened their doors to the Kyle community on March 14.

The barbecue joint serves brisket, pork loin and sausage sandwiches with a variety of sides including cream corn, coleslaw, potato salad and more. Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q also offers breakfast tacos.
