Austin developer Endeavor has leased space to Hopdoddy Burger Bar, Tiff's Treats, Brush32 Dental and Express Nails at the Springtown shopping center with plans to open during the early second quarter of 2019, according to developers. Since taking control of the center in 2014, Endeavor Real Estate added businesses, such as Chuy’s, Gold’s Gym and The Spot, an entertainment venue, to the location. With its recent building project called the Lyndon, located between Chuy's and The Spot, Endeavor will add Hopdoddy Burger Bar, Tiff's Treats, Brush32 Dental and Express Nails to the 31,847-square-foot ground-floor retail space of the multiuse building. First founded in Austin, Hopdoddy offers burgers, salads and shakes. Tiff's Treats, an Austin-based bakery, is known for being the first U.S. bakery to offer a warm cookie delivery service. Brush32 Dental offers cosmetic and emergency dental work, endodontics and teeth whitening. Express Nails provided nail care to natural and acrylic nails. The Lyndon will also house 233 apartment units, targeting a mix of Texas State University students and nonstudents, expected to be ready by summer 2019.
