The boba truck opened Jan. 4 and has a monthly rotating menu with a combination of milk teas, fruit teas, tea lattes and coffee creations.
Right now, they are only open Thursday through Sunday from 2 to 9 p.m.
“We are also planning to do monthly events here in the greenbelt,” owner John Wilkinson said. Sitthiphat Phousuay, owner of Gotji, is also part owner.
Howdy Boba will be hosting their first vendor market Feb. 5, where they will provide music and specialty drinks.
