What residents need to know

Drivers going southbound on Chisholm Trail Road between Poker Alley and Emmanuel Street will experience detours, and on street parking will be closed during initial construction.

About the project

Improvements to Chisholm Trail include pavement reconstruction, sidewalk upgrades, and utility and drainage infrastructure upgrades.


Costs for the construction come out to $4.26 million, funded by Type B sales tax revenue. The anticipated completion date is September 2026, according to the city.
