The formerly Hutto-based food truck Ambur Fire relocated to Eli's Produce Market at 5430 Hwy. 79, Round Rock, on Sept. 1. Martin Nelson Endodontic plans to open a new endodontic office at 106 Taylor St., Hutto. The office is expected to open in summer 2022, according to Martin Nelson Endodontic representative Rodrigo Reyes. Endodontists are dental care providers who specialize in treating root canals. Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar confirmed a new location is coming to the former Mellow Mushroom location at 2600 N. I-35, Round Rock, in late spring 2022. Whiskey Cake serves a menu of appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts alongside drinks, including wine, beer, signature cocktails and whiskey flights. Items such as biscuits, chicken and waffle plates, French toast, eggs, and cocktails are also available during weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

His most popular items are candleholders, he said, and he has been making furniture and other items for homes for 20 years. JJ's Wok, a new dine-in Chinese restaurant, is coming to Pflugerville next year. The restaurant will be located in the H-E-B shopping center at 1420 Wells Branch Parkway, Unit 280, Pflugerville. Owner Shentong Ji said he expects to open JJ's Wok in March.
