New businesses are continuing to open in Hutto and Pflugerville, including new restaurants, health care clinics and coffee shops. The following list details of smattering of businesses now open or coming soon to the area.

A new Kebab Shop location opened Sept. 7 at 18616 Limestone Commercial Drive, Ste. 300, Pflugerville. The restaurant's menu of Mediterranean food includes kebabs; falafel; wraps; and carved chicken, lamb and beef. Men's health care facility Low T Center opened Oct. 2 at its new location at 1509 Town Center Drive, Pflugerville. The clinic offers a variety of treatment options for patients with low testosterone, sleep apnea, hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes and more. 512-250-9202. www.lowtcenter.com

Restaurant chain 54th Street Restaurant & Drafthouse, located at 19109 Limestone Commercial Drive, Pflugerville, is slated to open in January. Restaurant representatives previously stated the location would open in late 2021 or early 2022, but information from the company now specifies a January opening. The menu at 54th Street Restaurant & Drafthouse features more than 150 items, including craft burgers, steaks, sandwiches and Southern comfort food dishes, including fried steak, ribs and jambalaya. www.54thstreetgrill.com

A new ATI Physical Therapy clinic opened at 5004 Gattis School Road, Ste. 220, Hutto, in August. A new Dutch Bros Coffee Austin-area location opened at 90 Chris Kelley Blvd., Hutto, on Sept. 29. The drive-thru coffee chain, which also has a location in Round Rock, serves specialty hot and iced coffee as well as tea, lemonade, smoothies and energy drinks. 541-955-4700. www.dutchbros.com

Mario’s Mexican Restaurant reopened Oct. 4 after closing in March to repair damages caused by Winter Storm Uri. Located at 209 East St., Hutto, Mario’s has been serving Tex-Mex and barbecue to Hutto residents since 2004. Mario's offers dine-in, take-out and catering services. 512-846-1778

A second Central Texas Meraki Salon Studios location will open at 531 Ed Schmidt Blvd., Ste. 160, Hutto, in early January 2022. The location will contain 18 high-end, move-in-ready studio spaces available for licensed beauty professionals to lease. He relocated to Austin, Texas, in 2015 to work for Gatehouse Media's large design hub. He became the editor for the Lake Travis-Westlake publication of Community Impact in August 2018. From there he became a dual-market editor for Community Impact's New Braunfels and San Marcos-Buda-Kyle editions. Brian is now a senior editor for the company's flagship papers, the Round Rock and Pflugerville-Hutto editions.
