The Round Rock Public Library launched its seed library program Oct. 24, allowing residents to donate and take home open-pollinated and heirloom seeds. Any Round Rock citizen may make use of the seed library, regardless of whether they have a library card. The program is limited to three packs of seeds per household, and borrowers must be 18 or older. The Round Rock Public Library seeds are available on the first floor, 216 E.
