A new bar and restaurant concept, Odds Sports Bistro, is headed to Round Rock from the mind of former Food Network host John Green.

On top of opening restaurants across eight different countries, Green was the host of "On The Rocks," a bar restaurant rescue show.

Now, his newest dining spot located at Renaissance Square will combine an elevated drink program with a menu of sports bar staples, such as burgers and salads, Green said.
