Xian Sushi and Noodle opened April 7 in Round Rock at 311 University Blvd., Ste. 500. It is the fifth location of the Austin-area Asian fusion chain, which offers sushi, teas, cocktails, hand-pulled noodles and hot dishes. 512-279-2991. www.xianfresh.com
