Rupe Gopani, CEO of BlueAcre Development, said the spec project at 1890 N. A.W. Grimes Blvd., Round Rock will deliver in Q1 of 2026, and will have a total of nine buildings once fully built out.
The details
The first phase of the project will have 50,000 square feet across five buildings, he said.
Finished structures will have tenant spaces ranging from 1,445 square feet to 18,840 square feet, per BlueAcre Development.

Gopani said the site's position in the center of Round Rock was selected for its appeal to potential tenants looking to be close to existing households and business activity in a growing community, as well as major thoroughfares including I-35, Hwy. 79, SH 130 and SH 45.
"Round Rock is such a great community with a lot of growth," Gopani said. "We expect that growth to continue for years to come."
