Developer ID Logistics announced the completion of the first phase of the Sunrise Commerce Center, a large commercial development in central Round Rock, Oct. 9.

In a nutshell

The development was under construction for just over 16 months, with construction firm Adolfson & Peterson Construction breaking ground on the development in May 2023.

Less than one mile from I-35, the development was set to bring a combined 465,786 square feet of new commercial property near the city's center once all phases are completed.

The details

Per A&P, all three buildings included in phase 1 have rear load capabilities, LED lighting, fire sprinklers and build-to-suit office space.
