El Rincon reopens restaurant in Pflugerville, sans alcohol service

El Rincon switched gears and reopened its Pflugerville restaurant Friday. A sign on the door Wednesday morning said the restaurant, at 200 E. Pecan St., Ste. 9, closed permanently after "a tough year."
Several customers were seen parking and walking up to the door, only to find the business was closed.
An employee who answered the business phone Friday said they "got everything worked out" and the restaurant is open again, serving food, without alcohol service.
No more details were available.
