Anniversary: Rick’s Cleaners
The first Rick’s Cleaners was opened in Austin in 1987, and the company has since a name for itself as one of the first one-price discount dry cleaners in Central Texas. Rick’s son, Ian N., joined the family business by establishing the Round Rock location in January 2006 at 3810 Gattis School Road, Round Rock. The Round Rock location is now celebrating 15 years in business, Ian confirmed in an email. Relocation: Texas Tint Solutions
Texas Tint Solutions in Round Rock has moved and is now located at 3742 CR 123, Ste. 3, Round Rock, owner Jeff Daniels confirmed in an email. According to Daniels, Texas Tint Solutions is the oldest window tint business in Round Rock. Pflugerville residents have a new storage option after AAA Storage Gattis School opened in October, site manager Lisa Stephen confirmed in an email. The location at 4414 Priem Lane, Pflugerville, offers self-storage, RV parking and trailer parking.
