Concessions at Dell Diamond to include fan favorites, new vendors

The Round Rock Express released the 2018 season Dell Diamond stadium and concession map, and baseball fans can expect to see familiar fare as well as new offerings.

New to the Dell Diamond this year is Georgetown’s All Things Kids ice cream stand. The ice cream bar, under the banner Scoops, is located behind third base in Section 115 and will serve a dozen hand-dipped flavors served in freshly baked vanilla waffle cones. Scoops will also serve floats at Dell Diamond.

Regional fried chicken and Southern cuisine restaurant chain Chicken Express will now feature a concession stand inside the Nolan Ryan’s Beef Fireball Grill, which was renovated last year. The Fireball Grill is located at the right field ticket gate.

Several concessions and novelty food items return to the Dell Diamond this year. The Rock Beer Garden, located in the Budweiser Party Porch on the left field line, returns with a rotating tap of 15 beers.

The Round Rock Express will continue its “Thirsty Thursday” special. During Thursday games, regular domestic draft pours will cost $4, large domestic draft pours will cost $5 and craft beer pours from the Rock Beer Garden will cost $8.

Also returning are fan favorite food items such as the Nolan Ryan Beef Jumbo Dog, a quarter-pound all beef hotdog. Metro Deli, located behind home plate, will continue serving it’s Texas-themed sandwiches, including the McConaughey – made of fried turkey, provolone and avocado.
