Robin Sutton has unofficially won her seat as Place 1 on Hutto City Council, after all 57 Williamson County polling locations reported results late Nov. 3.

Additional votes trickling in the morning of Nov. 4 report Sutton secured her seat with 4,226 votes. Incumbent Scott Rose, who resigned in September, received 3,302 votes.

Peter Gordon, the unopposed Place 4 incumbent, unofficially won his race with 5,833 votes tallied.

Hutto City Council Place 1 candidate Robin Sutton has unofficially won her seat on council, after all 57 Williamson County polling sites have reported results. As of 11:50 p.m. Nov. 3, Sutton received 4,199 votes, while incumbent Scott Rose—who resigned from his seat in September after the candidate withdrawal deadline—collected 3,288 votes.

Hutto City Council Member Peter Gordon ran unopposed for Place 4 and collected a total of 5,802 votes.

Results are updated as of 11:50 p.m. and are unofficial until they are canvassed and certified by the county clerk. Under Texas election law, the clerk accepts and counts mail-in ballots postmarked by Election Day and received by Nov. 4, if they were sent from inside the U.S., or Nov. 9 if they were sent from outside the U.S.
