The Round Rock ISD board of trustees set a special-called meeting for 9 a.m. on Aug. 30.
On the agenda, a consultation with the board's attorney "regarding an investigation of a complaint against a Trustee."
The item is listed as closed session, meaning board members will engage in part or all of the discussion off the dais, as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.
However, the agenda also indicates that the board will return to open session and could take public action.
Included in the agenda is a discussion of "the duties of all current members of the Board of Trustees." Similar language appeared on an Aug. 15 RRISD board of trustees agenda.
At that meeting, the board held a public discussion of a possible change in board leadership positions. Trustee Nikki Gonzales nominated trustee Mason Moses as board president. The vote failed, 3-4, with trustees Cory Vessa, Steven Math, Amy Weir and Chad Chadwell voting for Chadwell to remain the board president.
