UPDATED 7:49 a.m. Sunday Final unofficial numbers show Craig Morgan the next mayor of Round Rock with 3,696 votes (51.66 percent) to 3,094 for Hilda Montgomery and 364 for Josh Couture. In City Council Place 1, Tammy Young, with 3,462 votes for 50.19, has won the spot over Hollis Bone, 2,884 votes and Matthew Carothers, with 552 votes. In Place 4, Will Peckham edged Tracie Storie, 3,469 to 3,363. Peckham had 50.78 percent, according to Williamson County's unofficial results. UPDATED 9:37 p.m. Craig Morgan will be the next mayor of Round Rock, with unofficial tallies showing he has 3,450 votes for 53.11 percent of all votes.  Hilda Montgomery has 2,725 votes for 41.95 percent, and Josh Couture has 321 votes for 4.94 percent. A runoff may be the next step for Place 1 on the Round Rock City Council. Tammy Young leads with 3,041 votes for 48.43 percent, while Hollis Bone has 2,742 votes for 43.67 percent. Matthew James Carothers has 496 votes for 7.9 percent. In Place 4, unofficial results show Will Peckham will retain his position on council. His 3,255 votes leads Tracie Storie's 2,961. UPDATE: 8:40 p.m. Craig Morgan is leading with 3,055 votes, to 2,464 for Hilda Montgomery and 275 for Josh Couture for Round Rock mayor. For City Council Place 1, Tammy Young has a lead with 2,748 votes (48.96 percent) to 2,420 for Hollis Bone and 445 for Matthew James Carothers. In Place 4, Will Peckham has 2,879 votes to 2,685 for Tracie Storie. In the City Council Place 1 race, Tammy Young has the lead with 2,033 votes, to 1,879 for Hollis Bone and 344 for Matthew Carothers. In place 4, incumbent Will Peckham has 2,248 to Tracie Storie's 1,974 votes. Proposition 1 is passing 2,611-1,550; proposition 2 is passing 2,196-2,145, proposition 3 is passing 3,500-852 and proposition 4 is passing 2,558-1,903.
